Basketball Recognition

Feb 2019

I made these things for my son's final basketball get together.

It was senior day to make them feel appreciated and loved.

The letterrs surrounding this frame are cut out on my Cricut machine.

These letters are a file from SVG Cuts named 3D Letters. I LOVE this file. I have utilized this program many times since I bought it.  I also made a Basketball Marquee Sign. Unfortunately it is not included in the picture.

These are how I used the words to decorate my sons room.

February 2018

I made this for my son. It was a quick project that I could crochet while listening to the kids read.

Tatted Chinese Dragon

This project got me.  I put it away because I didn't know how to do some of the stitiches called for... I dedided I would finish some UFO's so I got it out and tackled it. Such a fun project. I framed it for a decoration in my sons room.
I hope this link will get you to the pattern.

I made this for my niece who's husband is a firefighter. It is a paid pattern.

I made this blanket for a friends baby... I couldn't find the pattern on Ravelry. It is from an old baby crochet pattern book I owned.

Just a doily made for fun.  If you'd like to buy it, message me. It is called Citron...

I found this cute, small doily and made 7. One made for each child plus one for myself.
It works up fast and I love the patriotic colors.

This is a tatted bracelet I made for my friend. I used green buttons because she likes green. I also just made it by looking at a picture given to me by a different friend. Now I need to make me one!!!

Just a fun doily for Halloween!!! I'll find the pattern later...

Tatted Ornaments by Jon Yusoff from her book Elegant Tatted Gems

Peppermint Pinwheel Doily

the start of a new project... Andrea Mowry's Shift Cowl...
I made 5 at one time. It took about 5 months, so I'll update 2019 in
another post. Life just gets too busy sometimes and my blog is last on the list...

This a another project I started in 2018 and finished in 2019.
It is the Nasha Poncho by Andrea Mowry.

January 2018

January 2018

I absolutely loved making this doily. I made it for my friend. It is very easy and goes super fast. I had made the flower part  and then let it sit for several months. I decided to get some projects finished this year that have been WIP's for too long. I got the red and white border done in an afternoon binge watching tv. I loved this pattern so much, I plan on making one for myself in my favorite colors. My Ravelry link is listed after the last picture. The pattern is named Country Christmas Doily.

Since I am working on finishing my WIP's this year, I decided to tackle one of my projects that have lots of yarn. This project had 2 bags of yarn so I started with this project for my daughter. It is such big yarn that it worked up super fast. I got it finished in about a month or less. The pattern is from one of my baby blanket books that had no link in Ravelry. I'll  to find the pattern and update this info soon...

This is the Petal Parade Doily. I made this as a gift for a friend. I like this doily also. It was pretty easy and I would like to make it again in alternate color choices. It is easy to crochet and would make and added addition to any home decor. The link to the pattern is after the last picture.

Happy New Year and
Happy Crocheting for the year!!!

December 2017

I really like the pattern. I wished I had used a smaller crochet hook. It would have made the stitches closer and more tightly knit. It is a beautiful pin cushion.
This is the link to the pattern via my Ravelry page
